Returns and Claims

You can buy from mulk.no with confidence. Below is how returns and claims work, in line with Norwegian consumer law.

14-day right of withdrawal

Under the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act (angrerettloven) you can cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. To use your right of withdrawal, email us at hello@mulk.no with your order number before the deadline.

Return the product within 14 days after you notify us, well packed and preferably in its original packaging. You pay the cost of return shipping. You may be responsible for any reduction in value if the product has been handled more than needed to check it.

Refunds

We refund the purchase price, including the original standard delivery cost, no later than 14 days after we receive your notice of withdrawal. We may wait with the refund until we have received the product back. The refund is made with the same payment method you used.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like another colour or product, return the original item and place a new order.

Defects and claims

Under the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act (forbrukerkjøpsloven) you can claim a defect up to two years after delivery, or five years for products intended to last considerably longer. Report the defect within a reasonable time after you discover it. Email hello@mulk.no with your order number, a description and photos. We will first try to repair the product; if that is not possible we will offer a replacement or a refund.
