What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, delivery and billing address, email, phone number and the products you buy. We need this to deliver your order, send receipts and handle returns or claims. If you contact us, we keep the message so we can answer you.
Payments
Payments are handled by our payment providers (Vipps MobilePay, Stripe and Klarna). We never see or store your full card details. The provider you choose processes your payment data under its own privacy policy.
Shipping
We share your name, address and contact details with the carrier (Posten/Bring) so your parcel can be delivered and tracked.
Cookies and statistics
The website uses necessary cookies to keep your cart and checkout working. With your consent we may also use statistics cookies to understand how the site is used, so we can improve it.
How long we keep data
Order and accounting information is kept for at least five years, as required by the Norwegian Bookkeeping Act. Other data is deleted when it is no longer needed.
