Return Policy

When shopping at mulk.no, you always have a 14-day return right from the date you received your order.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to switch to another item, please place a new order and return the original product.

To make a return, email us at hello@mulk.no to receive your return label. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Notice of Defects

According to Norwegian consumer law, you have the right to claim a defect up to two years after purchase (five years for products intended to last considerably longer), provided it is reported within a reasonable time after discovery.

A defect is defined as an error that can be traced back to manufacturing—not general wear, mishandling, or aging of the product.

Mulk AS reserves the right to first attempt repair. If that’s not possible, we will offer a replacement. If neither is viable, you will be refunded.

Delivery

Each Sera lamp is 3D-printed, assembled, and packed by hand in our Norwegian studio.

We aim to send your order as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery times are shown on each product page.

Product Questions

What kind of light source fits the Sera lamp?

Sera is designed for dimmable LED bulbs with an E27 base.

Each lamp comes with a 95mm dimmable LED bulb (7W, 2200K, warm white light) included.

Can I use smart bulbs in Sera?

Yes, you can! Most Philips Hue bulbs and other smart bulbs with E27 base are compatible.

How do I change the bulb?

1. Gently unscrew the included bulb.
2. Screw in the new bulb (E27, dimmable LED recommended).
3. Plug in the lamp and enjoy your light.

Please unplug the lamp before changing the bulb.
