These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made through mulk.studio, operated by Mulk AS, a Norwegian company. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and confirm that you are over 18 years of age or have permission from a legal guardian.

Each product is made to order. We aim to keep all product information accurate, but small variations in color, size, or finish may occur due to the nature of handcrafted production.

We reserve the right to discontinue or change products and pricing at any time without prior notice.

All prices are shown in NOK (Norwegian kroner) and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Klarna. Your payment will be charged at the time of purchase.

Each lamp is 3D-printed and assembled in our studio in Norway. Processing time is typically 3–7 business days. Estimated delivery time depends on your location and is shown at checkout.

Mulk AS is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs outside of our control.

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act.

To initiate a return, contact us at claims@mulk.com. The item must be unused and returned in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned item.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different product, please place a new order.

If your product is defective due to a manufacturing fault, you may be entitled to a replacement or refund under Norwegian Consumer Law. Claims must be reported within a reasonable time after the defect is discovered.

Mulk AS reserves the right to repair the item, offer a replacement, or issue a refund depending on the situation.

For orders outside Norway, customs duties, VAT, or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These are not included in our prices and must be paid by the customer.

We are not liable for indirect damages such as loss of income, data, or other consequential loss resulting from the use or inability to use our products.

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the Norwegian courts, unless otherwise required by local consumer protection laws.
